Kazakhstan flag carrier Air Astana received its first A320neo – on lease from Air Lease Corporation – during a special delivery ceremony held in Toulouse, France. Providing comments during the event were Air Astana President and CEO Peter Foster; Air Lease Corporation Executive Vice President Alex Khatibi; Jessica Villardi, Pratt & Whitney Regional Vice President, Sales, Europe, Middle East and Africa; and Christopher Buckley, Airbus Executive Vice President, Africa, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Air New Zealand’s first A321neo (new engine option) aircraft will operate its inaugural service, flight NZ739 from Auckland to Brisbane, on Friday 23 November 2018.
The aircraft, with the tail registration ZK-NNA, is the first of 13 new Airbus neo aircraft (seven A321neos and six A320neos) to join Air New Zealand’s fleet.

JetBlue officially took delivery of the first A320 Family aircraft produced at the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, Alabama on 25 April 2016. The milestone jetliner was an A321 – the longest-fuselage member of Airbus’ popular single-aisle product line. This historic event was marked with a festive American football-themed ceremony held at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley – which was decorated in the U.S.’s red, white and blue colours.
